Update January 2017

Thank you to everyone who has supported this petition so far. In December I presented the petition to The Mayor of Warrington. As a result, the road is being surveyed during Feb/Mar 2017. A Crossing Patrol Officer has been appointed and will start later this week. We have also received costings for a pedestrian crossing so will be looking to approach local businesses for some support in this area. We have full backing from the School, Cheshire Constabulary, Winwick Parish Council and Cllr Hans Mundry. It is a lengthy process but please be assured that we are continuing with this campaign! Thanks again Alison
