Warren County, Virginia Government needs to be INVESTIGATED for

Malfeasance and Non-Feasance of Duty

On March 16, 2015, my family's life was turned upside down by a horrific house fire.  The aftermath of this fire has been as bad or worse then the actual event.  The contracting company, Buracker Construction LLC, I hired to rebuild my home did a horrible job, leaving me with over $150,000 worth of faulty and unfinished work.  When I reported Buracker Construction LLC to the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations, they found this LLC had never been a licensed contracting entity in the State of Virginia, yet they had been in business in Warren County, VA since 2002.  The local Warren County VA Building Official and Department gave this applying LLC countless permits over the years, which is a Class 3 misdemeanor for each permit in the State of Virginia. After finding this and alerting Warren County's administration; David Beahm, Building Official, Doug Stanley, County Administrator, Dan Whitten, County Attorney, the Board of Supervisors, Tony Carter, Linda Glavis, Tom Sayre, Daniel Murray, and Archie Fox, the County Government refuses to act or admit guilt in this case.

The County did look into an inspection report I gave them after months of email exchanges and they identified a hand full of Code Violations. I then took this to the Local Board of Building Appeals which identified more violations, but the building official refuses to lift a finger to do his duty and would not identify codes supporting the Board's findings.

Warren County Virginia's Government Officials and Board of Supervisors' actions or lack of actions make them guilty of Malfeasance and Non-Feasance of duty.  I have filed a formal complaint of Malfeasance and Non-Feasance in regards to the building official, not one member of Warren County's local government that has been named will act.  No one will stand up for crimes committed by the Building Official nor assist this tax paying citizen, leaving my family with an unsafe house, ever-increasing legal fees, and uncertainty.  

Yes, I am the squeaky wheel. I am not the only person this LLC took advantage of, but what makes it worse is Warren County VA Government enabled it.

Please help me start the change that gets our county turned around and headed into the right direction.

Please help me to get an investigation started into our local Warren County, VA  government and its' officials.  My one voice is not loud enough!

Our government was established for equal rights for every citizen. Warren County VA government is not fulfilling its' responsibility or purpose.
