Between World Environment Day and World Cleanup Day, and our ongoing Twitter drama* -- it's been an exciting last couple of weeks. There's no response yet from Twitter's official Twitter for Nonprofits handle @nonprofits, but we'll be sure to keep you posted on the developments. As Beyoncé teaches us, though, when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. When the world throws trash at us, we just have to keep CleanApping. Here's what your support translates into. It tells us that our core message resonates with more and more people, and, hence, that more and more people need to hear this message. So we created a Medium account, and spent the last couple of days writing a story that explains who we are and what we do. According to Medium, it's an 8-9 minute read, and we really hope you enjoy it: https://medium.com/@cleanapp/welcome-to-the-future-of-trashtech-cleantech-civictech-219a1e3ce3ef Please share your thoughts with us, including any and all critiques/feedback/suggestions -- this is YOUR petition as much as it is OUR petition. We feel incredibly humbled by the support this petition has already received, and we can't wait to cross our next goal of getting to 200 supporters. Please help us by sharing the Medium story with your friends and loved ones. Sincerely, CleanApp Foundation _____________________ *For those of you who might have missed the last update, the Twitter reference relates to the fact that Twitter has shadowbanning our account (limiting the reach of our tweets, and our presence in search results, without our knowledge). Maybe the TwitterBots whose job it is to police the health of the Twitter network aren't able to see that the Google petition is addressed as much to Twitter, as it is to everyone in BigTech. Maybe it's just bad luck. :)
