Bob was given a different job at Walmart; however, due to his disability, he may not be physically capable of performing the duties required of this new position. Others have lost their job already; this is going to continue until a change is made.
The elimination of the People Greeter position has caused unfathomable consequences for many very dedicated, disabled Walmart associates. Walmart was fully aware of these disabilities when hiring these people, yet kept them gainfully employed for years. Eliminating the position that they were hired for- a position that accommodated their physical and mental limitations- years after they have proven their loyalty to the company is both morally and ethically WRONG. You can't just change the rules mid game because you fear not winning. I feel that this is not what Sam Walton would want for a company that he created through hard work to help the working man have a better life.
