Public Transport or Public Enemy?

From $1632 per year using the old yearly MyMulti, increased to $3120 using the Opal card without an option for monthly and yearly passes. Is this a joke? NSW commuters are paying billions for this disgrace. Why are Australian journalists staying silent and not investigating this matter? Is it because of the election, or because they don't use public transport? Or are they simply ignorant to the comparison between how everything used to work, and how it works now?
