Keine Spaltung - No divide

Guten Abend, alle zusammen!

Angesichts der aktuellen medialen Dynamik, wo Personen, die sich für Friedensverhandlungen statt alleinigen Waffenlieferungen einsetzen, mit Häme und Verachtung begegnet wird, möchte ich hier nochmals betonen, dass ich nicht beabsichtige, mich mit meiner Petition an dieser tiefen gesellschaftlichen Spaltung  "entweder Waffen ODER Verhandlungen" zu beteiligen.

Es muss nur überhaupt in Richtung einer diplomatischen Lösung gedrängt werden, und über diese Option wird in den USA, Europa und  Deutschland komplett geschwiegen. 

Den Preis zahlen junge Soldaten, ja, auf beiden Seiten und v.a. ukrainische Zivilisten. 

Somit soll mein Appell v.a. ein menschlicher Appell an beide Präsidenten sein, inne zu halten, sich zu besinnen, worum es eigentlich geht, die narrative der anderen Seite zumindest anzuhören, bevor die eigene Bevölkerung in diesem Bruderkrieg weiterhin sinnlos geopfert wird.

Good evening, all together!

In view of the media dynamics especially here in Germany, where people who are engaged calling for negotiations are confronted with disdain I want to point out that my intention is not to participate in this deep social division "either weapons or negotiations". 

But, there must be at all a push for diplomatic solutions and this option is completely silenced in USA, Europe and Germany.

The price is paid by young soldiers, yes, on both sides and mainly Ukrainian civilians.

So, my appeal to both presidents is first of all a human one, to hold breath for a moment, to consider what are the goals, to try to understand the narrative, the fears of the other side, before they continue to sacrify mindless their own people in this brother war!
