I received the attached letter today from the Mecklenburg County Rezoning Department regarding the proposed project on Sharon Lane. Please take a moment to read it; regardless of the obvious SPIN in this letter. Two facts remain: the rezoning request is to rezone Sharon Lane from R3 to UR2 and it involves 24 attached homes.
