2. Youth access and use of ALL Vape Products both Nicotine Based and those that have illicit drugs by design or by modification.
The truth is that teens use these products for the same reason they use other products that are not intended for them... The “head rush” or “Dome effect” that can occur to non-smokers due to the high nicotine levels in some vape products available today in the US that are not found in other countries where your not seeing the same trends. 

We are asking for local leaders to work with its citizens and local businesses to address the concerns surrounding the Nicotine Based E Cig / Vape Industry which as every day passes has been shown not responsible for the recent illnesses and deaths seen across the country. FACTS AND STATE REPORTS NOW SHOW THAT ABOUT 90% HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED TO BE CAUSED BY BLACK MARKET THC (Illicit Drugs) VAPES.
