A supporter has submitted this petition to the council clerk to be brought to the attention of the council at the next full council meeting.

Assuming they acknowledge this petition and don't just ignore us like Gullis ignores the UN and Amnesty Internationals mountains worth of evidence of war crimes and starvation as weapon of war. They will discuss it as an agenda item, or allow us to talk at public participation in the first 15 minutes, or have it as correspondence.

Either way if it's on the docket Gullis as head of the council meeting will have to acknowledge it.
