Sustainable fashion is on the rise but we need more supporters!

Hello everyone!

Thank you for your support. People from all around the world (literally) have signed this petition and we have reached 500 supporters. However, 500 is not enough to capture the attention of a decision-maker who can influence to make this happen.

When I started this petition, I did it because I was inspired to do something more beyond sharing things on social media. After almost two weeks researching sustainable fashion more actively, I have come to realize how much I still do not know and how our small individual efforts can impact the collective ones.

Fashion is a reflection of our culture; by empowering sustainable fashion, our culture can be influenced. And while I keep on learning more about this and sustainability in general, I ask you to share this petition once more and do some research of your own. Even if the objective of making the Met Gala 2020 about Climate Change (or any related topic), we can still influence people to change their lifestyle and be more thoughtful about their daily decisions.

To learn more about this, simply start by changing the kind of content you consume through social media. Instead of being a waste of time, make it a place where you can also learn a little bit. As you learn more and expand beyond social media to consume information about sustainability, you will see what things that can save the planet (and your wallet) many problems.
