Dear supporters, 

17 June came and went, and Vlastimir Djordjevic is still in jail. But as far as we know, his petition for early release is still being considered. If it is rejected, it will certainly be renewed. No doubt these events were influenced by your support. Thank you!

(1) the German Ministery of Justice at poststelle@bmjv.bund.de

(2) the President of the MICT (the organization that succeeded the ICTY) at mict-external-relations@un.org

Here is some suggested language, but please write what you feel expresses your own view:

"Dear Minister Lambrecht and Judge Agius,

I am writing to express support for Vlastimir Ðorðević's continued detainment. He is responsible for some of the worst crimes in modern history, many of which were his idea. Thousands of people are still suffering because of those crimes and other crimes that he continues to conceal until this very day. 

Until he cooperates in other cases and in the search for mass graves, Vlastimir Ðorðević should not be released from jail."
