The dub for Stardust Crusaders is soon to finish, and Viz Media needs to begin working on voice actors for Part 4's dub so that we don't have to wait an extremely long time in between new dub releases. I think Danny DeVito would fill the role of Okuyasu nicely, and since Danny DeVito already has a raspy voice, and plays Frank on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," (which Frank and Okuyasu are basically the same character) I think he would fill this role nicely.
