Stop the City of Vista from designing/building a second Paseo Santa Fe Sign!

The first sign was built and unveiled in April 2016 to the surprise of Vistans because the City forgot to put the name of their City (the City that pays their salaries) on the most iconic sign to celebrate our Vista! This sign cost roughly $158,000. Over 3000 citizens quickly signed a petition to request the city to remove the name Paseo Santa Fe and change the sign to VISTA. Our pleas fell on deaf ears. The City did approve adding a 10" VISTA to the bottom of the sign at a cost of roughly $28,000. The City did not allow any community involvement in the redesign and there was basically no community involvement in the initial design.  THIS CAN'T HAPPEN AGAIN!

Please sign this petition to stop the 2nd Paseo sign from being planned/designed and installed on S. Santa Fe Avenue. No other city has two grand gateway arches, much less two that don't have the city's name celebrated on it! Tell the city, "NO SECOND SIGN."
