Our campaign has always been concerned with the scale of proposed development at Bushfield & the harm this will do.
With the wide green spaces at Bushfield & very little remaining of any previous buildings, it may be hard to visualise the extent of the development being proposed by the Church Commissioners in their outline planning application.
This image has been produced to help you appreciate the scale of the development of 2,3 & 4 storey buildings on an elevated position. The map shows the proposed development area superimposed on our Town Centre - extending from Jewry Street in the north west to the east end of the Cathedral in the south east.
