Many Maltese people use your services whilst travelling with their much loved pets. It has been your policy that pet's cannot leave the garage and that owners cannot stay with them for safety reasons.

Unfortunately a beloved pet died recently due to heat stress from being kept below deck, something that has worried pet owners for a very long time, not to mention anxiety that these pets are left alone both for the owner and the pet itself.

Please we would like to ask you to change this policy and either have a designated area on deck for pet and their owners or allow pets to be on deck.
