Please support HB507 TODAY to ban intentional balloon releases!

Delegate Guy's balloon bill, HB507, will be heard by the Natural Resources sub-committee then hopefully move on to be heard by the full Committee on Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources tomorrow (Wednesday, January 29).
