The House of Delegates passed HB1823 by a vote of 98-1.

The Senate just passed HB1823 by a vote of 38-1.

Our Governor is a pediatric neurologist, who has likely seen first hand the dangerous effects of Carbon Monoxide on children, and it is my hope that he will enact this bill as LAW immediately.
