Under Article IV of the constitution of Virginia, Legislature
Section 17. Impeachment
The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, judges, members of the State Corporation Commission, and all officers appointed by the Governor or elected by the General Assembly, offending against the Commonwealth by malfeasance in office, corruption, neglect of duty, or other high crime or misdemeanor may be impeached by the House of Delegates and prosecuted before the Senate, which shall have the sole power to try impeachments.

Human beings born into this world, whom are purposely allowed to expire without lifesaving care and/or have their lives intentionally ended through the actions of another person are victims of murder under the law. Governor Northam’s statement in support of post-birth abortion amounts to conspiracy to commit murder,  which constitutes “offending against the Commonwealth”. This petition seeks to persuade the House of Delegates to introduce articles of impeachment against the Governor.
