As we approach Armistice Day, it is noted that Ethical Standards Scotland don't think you should have any rights, and that Councillors, albeit that half of his constituents don't know who Cllr Rosie is, should be able to remove a person from a public meeting and public buildings. Only they have a say, apparently.  So, who is this then.  A back bench Councillor, a nobody. He just wants the money for the North Highland Way and he can't get it, so he is a bit cross.
