This sign is seen everywhere in Northern Ireland in housing associations.  While some housing associations treat their clients with respect, not so Radius Housing Association.  Not so The Highland Council either as it happens, as they refused to rehouse yours truly when she arrived in Scotland.  Even though she is developing the North Highland Way, it makes no difference.  Lies and deceit is commonplace, and bullying and breach of Article 2 of the Human Rights Act.

I would therefore like to know the following:

How Jay Wilson was elected to the CLAF and by whom.  He certainly represents his own interests in the John O Groats Trail.
My issues are not personal issues. I don't even have a business any more.  I have been working for the community for 20 years.  I had sufficient community and business interests until one person in the Highland Council tried to stop it. This same person is a problem with the Sutherland Space Hub.  That is now between myself and HIE. I would remind you again, that I was a highly paid consultant in the financial sector and know how to deal with recalcitrant public services, HIE that is, not THC.

 Fortunately, xxx didn't.  I do note, however, that the Access Officer did not present it to any committee at all for 8 years and many people, including the members of the SLAF, until Monday last.
I have invested £80,000.  I will not be thwarted by anyone in retrieving my investment, not HIE and not the Highland Council.
I do not see the landowners getting a say.   There are no landowners on the CLAF. I am copying xxx, the main landowner at Dunnet Head. Does THC seek to decide who crosses their land?  I do not see xxx either, despite xxx telling me he was on 18th September 2023.  He did not want to take my amendments to the Core Path Plan, but fortunately I have a signed copy as well as for the notes (which are proprietary to myself and members of the Sutherland LAF and xxx Re Access Fora from The Highland Council

"I can, therefore, be an ex officio member and be coopted on.  It was mentioned at the SLAF that xxx join the Access Forum as a consultant. I can do the same, but for both forums.
I do not see your name on the agenda or workshops for the SOAN next week so assume THC are not going.   Is this an indication of just how interested THC are in the North Highland Way, or any other Dev & Active Travel.  I can of course, retrieve any information I need from THC and any public bodies under FOI, as I am doing for the 18th September 2023.

I look forward, therefore, to being on both forums and being invited in due course.
