It will block natural sunlight, reduce privacy, increase noise and traffic, and put more strain on already stretched local infrastructure. The loss of green space in a high-density area like ours is deeply concerning, especially with ongoing construction just metres away.

We are requesting that the council initiate a review of this development under Section 4.55 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, due to the serious impact it will have on surrounding residents.
