What?! Beekeeping in the Village of Montebello NY ??

Why did I get a violation for keeping bees? Why is the village making me spend thousands of dollars fighting to keep honey bees? According to the violation I received it clearly says " Beekeeping is not a prohibited use because its not in the table" ! Well then if its not in the table then they're illegal for everyone! In the picture above you will see what the village responded to a complaint that was put on another beekeeper keeping bees in The Village of Montebello .
