Thank you for all your support and messages for my petition.
We have reached 306 signatures and I'm blown away by the response. I would like to thank each and everyone of you for your support.
We have contacted Vikki Slade MP BCP council many times over the last few weeks and we've not had a single response. It just shows that the BCP council really don't care about their local residents and they can treat them how they like.
I think these lot will get a shock when they come knocking on my family's doors asking for our vote.
My father in law has received a final letter from the BCP beach front department, saying that we now need to organise the removal of our beach hut by the end of August. He has now arranged for if to be taken away as the council will not budge and will not offer any alternative locations or even put us on a waiting list.
Its strange that the RNLI use 2 of the beach huts to store their gear, but they've been told not to move out as nothing will be happening for a while yet.
If that's the case why do we all need to to be removed by the end of August? Why can't we see the season out?
I must admit that this council has left a bitter taste in another of people's mouths. They can't keep treating locals like this. They were elected by the people for the town and people, dont they realise that.
