Demand refund for Kansas City Lights Festival
The Issue
We, the hereby signed and supporting entities, demand that Viive Event, LLC refund the persons who purchased tickets for the following Lights Festival dates advertised for Kansas City Area:
Original date: April 15, 2017
This demand requires not only an immediate response but also a timely refund to the original ticket holders who were promised that the event be held on that date.
On April 14, 2017, Viive Event, LLC issued a statement that the event would be postponed until June 3, 2017 and that original ticket holders for The Kansas City area Light Festival could if unable to attend that date to submit a refund request via the following link:

The company has not responded or issued said refunds to ticket purchasers and therefore fails to fulfill on the goods and services initially agreed upon.
Furthermore, it will no longer be tolerated that Viive Event delay and prolong communication to its customers, further post-poning any move towards resolving this issue. To resolve this problem, we demand that the original ticket purchasers for The Lights Festival Kansas City Area be refunded their money within 30 days of this statement and that Viive Event set up an online site to cooperatively and smoothly fulfill this request before legal action is taken.
