We recommend that when you're sending your feedback please try to be as constructive and considered as possible, and remember to also send a copy of your submission to c.hipkins@ministers.govt.nz, as if the University Council does decide to proceed with putting the proposal before the Minister, it will be important that the Minister knows that there is significant and meaningful opposition to the proposal.

I'm currently working through the petition to identity prominent people who have signed it and left comments, to accompany my own feedback that I'll send through.

Once official feedback to VUW is closed tomorrow I will be keeping the petition active until such time that the fate of VUW's name is decided, whether by the University Council deciding to not proceed, or the Minister of Education putting a stop to it.
