Updated the petition with appeal forms and reference links

Wanted to thank you all for signing and sharing the petition. I updated the image and also put links to much needed appeal districts and organized the districts by number along with included the color of law links and religious land and Institutionalized person act along with a link from the FBI for investigation into civil rights violations.
