Well Mrs. Segula has been spared jail time and has now received help from a couple of organizations that have trapped most of the cats, got them spayed and neutered and got their shots. Although she was spared jail time I still believe the way that she was treated in all of this is an embarrassment. Thank you all for signing to show support!
