All should have easier access to the beaches in Sea Isle City

Since I raised the issue with council and Mayor Lenny over 18 months ago unfortunately not much has changed. The temporary solution offered to me to get my elderly Father to the beach this summer is for me to call the Sea Isle City police non emergency number and ask if anyone is available to come to 55th Street to assist me in getting my Father to the beach. Most times, a couple young police officers come, one time George who is responsible for the mgmnt of the beaches in SIC came and a few times I was told no one is available to assist me. I am very grateful for the assistance when I can get it so my Father can enjoy a day on the beach with his family. However, this solution is not without challenges and only being offered to the best of my knowledge to me for my Father. Please attend the SIC council meetings when you can, email and call the council and Mayor until a consistent and permanent resolution that helps ALL (e.g. Elderly, those with walking challenges, Vets etc.) get access to the beach is offered in Sea Isle City, NJ. Sea Isle City Council members and Mayor Lenny need to hear from everyone who thinks the beach access at Sea Isle needs to be corrected. In the meantime, please sign this petition and kindly ask your neighbors in SIC, friends and family to do the same asap. Thks in advance for your help with getting Sea Isle City Council and Mayor to do the right thing and offer ALL the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beaches in SIC.
