Just an update on my husband's (Tom's on-line) petition. As of today: 1203 signed it, 641 signed with promotions, 18,657 viewed it, 612 shared it, 10 paid promoted it, 10 the highest strength sharing it more, $355.00 was contributed to it, and 15,075 purchased views to the petition, 50% (618) are from Promotion signatures, 3% (37) are from Facebook signatures, 38% (477) are signatures from Change.org email, and another 7% (89) anonymous; this is just in a 12 month period. NOVA SCOTIA COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS WERE BIASED IN THEIR COMPLAINT DECISION AND HAVE CALLED ME A LIAR REGARDING MY COMPLAINT AGAINST Dr. Pierre Landry, Dr. Jason Yung, Dr. Daniel Liwski. Dr. D. A. (Gus) Grant, Registrar/C.E.O. DECIDED DISMISSED THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST them and office staff is interfering with conflict and intimidation tactics to force me to drop the complaints. Their staff is threatening to cancel the review process of the complaints without my proper decision.
DR. GRANT, C.E.O. IS INDICATING THAT IT IS OKAY FOR DOCTORS TO KILL VETERANS WITH OVER-DOSE AND GET AWAY WITH IT, ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE GAY. I ONLY TOLD THE TRUTH AND I WAS CALLED A LIAR AND THEY ARE THREATENING ME TO KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT AND NOT INFORM ALL THE SUPPORTERS OF THIS PETITION. I WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO DICTATE WHO I CAN TALK TO OR INFORM ANY INFORMATION REGARDING WHAT THEY DID TO MY HUSBAND IN THE HOSPITAL.
I have requested a review of that decision and it is now in the hands of an INDEPENDENT REVIEW COMMITTEE (IRC), Mr. Douglas Lloy (Public Member/Chair), Dr. Colin Newman, and Dr. Rebekah Zee. The major conflict in this, is that all Physicians/Doctors know each other a some point in their profession. This is why I am exposing all their names.
On September 3, 2025, the Nova Scotia College of Physicians & Surgeons has decided not to give me a final decision on my complaint against the 3 doctors whom ended my Veteran husband’s life by lethal over-doze of Propofol and Morphine. They are trying to protect these unprofessional doctors and allowing them to keep doing what they have done to my Veteran husband with a Section 46 of the medical system, so they can continue to intimidate and threaten me from any updates on this On-line petition and informing all the supporters. I encourage everyone to keep sharing this petition and get more people to sign it also. I am including below, the names, emails, and phone numbers of all 3 Provincial Government Leaders in Nova Scotia, Canada; should anyone feel like voicing your opinion directly to these government leaders to address this petition and give me the "One-on-One" meeting that I have been asking for since my late husband lost his life in the Dartmouth General Hospital. I thank everyone that has supported the petition and my cause for what happened to my husband. I really need final closure, which the Nova Scotia Provincial Government has refused to give me.
Sean Fraser, Federal MP is ignoring the issue also and refusing to meet with me, and is showing his lack of respect for Veterans. Mr Fraser is Minister of Justice of Canada and Attorney General of Canada (responsible for the Portfolios of Revenue Canada & Service Canada). I delivered a letter on October 21, 2025, with my request demands one more time, with a deadline of November 30, 2025. I refuse to be suffering the torture at their hands, both Mr. Houston and Mr. Fraser have refused to meet with me. So, I have put all my papers in order and as of December 30, 2025, I will lay my head down for the last time and end this pain and be with my husband. I am not giving up, just tired of all this Political Bullshit. This fight for Veterans isn’t over. God Bless Everyone.
