Shared Parenting Bill Introduced in Senate this past Tuesday

Senate Bill S.98, introduced on Tuesday, by Senators McCormack, Collins & Flory would create the rebuttable presumption that shared parental rights are in the best interest of the child and enable judges to grant shared parental rights when they determine it to be in the best interest of child.
