Staff on Yahoo Answers say they are SHUTTING DOWN the site but give two dates. One being the 20th of April and other 4th of May but they gave the warning near the start of April (not sure which date) but it gives us little chance to think about it because yeah the shut down is in May but the 20th we can NO LONGER POST anything on Y!A so this is really unfair and makes no sense especially with this decision being when life is horrible. Maybe best to do it when there is no virus as life is messed up and people are feeling depressed and sad already!

And give more warning when making these changes ESPECIALLY WHEN THE SITE IS GLITCHING LIKE MAD.

I have been a member since March 2007. I know it had its good and bad moments but some people actually came on to GET HELP when needed, some came on to help others and a few even came online to get away from life. Why get rid of it WHEN THERE IS A VIRUS going AROUND the world?! So strange and only with a few days notice because as of 20th of April it is read only so cannot post. With little warning it is against our rights and can cause people to feel more depressed than they already are and it was good to keep in contact and TALK to other people!
