We want Verizon FiOS to provide us an alternative to Comcast Xfinity -- the only real option as of 2015. Verizon FiOS service is not available in the 21078 zip code. Those residents signing this petition agree to consider FiOS services for internet, and maybe even cable and phone. This is a city that defended itself and rebuilt after being burned to the ground in the War of 1812. Its the duck decoy capital of the world. It has one of the most beautiful vistas in the Mid-Atlantic, situated at the mouth of the Susquehanna River, where it meets the Chesapeake Bay. It is the birthplace of baseball Hall of Famer Cal Ripken. And it is home to a passionate community of volunteers, seeking to provide a better life for their families. They deserve better internet and cable service. I want Verizon FiOS in Havre de Grace.
