Veggie Grill is a California-based vegan chain restaurant that plans on expanding with 50 new locations by 2020. Although Fresno currently has two vegan restaurants, there is still a huge demand for more plant-based options in the city, and especially for another completely vegan restaurant. Whenever vegan pop-ups come to town, they are often unprepared for how many people show up.

Because of such a high demand, Veggie Grill would be a great addition to California’s Central Valley. In particular, opening a location at Campus Pointe by Fresno State would be an ideal location because it would be easily accessible to Fresno State students and would be conveniently located near the freeway.
