The abuser is requesting an hearing to modify or lift the protection order so he can regain employment with ADOC or go in law enforcement. He also blames the Domestic Violence and Abuse victim for the reason he lost his job was due to the protection order, my question is why was he hired with a background check that could have prevented his rage toward my daughter and put the safety of her and her son’s life at risk, if it’s lifted or modified. He says he put domestic violence on application which caused a protection order. We need to know the truth before this hearing? Did someone omit his domestic violence and abuse and protection order and hired him anyway but then let him go? We need the truth cause your qualifications made him ineligible so why was he allowed to train and work then let go now he’s got even a greater grudge against his victim and now the victim is in the order as well as his son cause of his own violence and abuse toward both victims. But in his mind, the victim is the reason for reporting her abuse and violence and what happened with her two month old, not his abusive and violent behavior.
