He tried to choke her out. We are supposed to return to court this month. My daughter’s  and grandson’s lives are at stake. Please keep signing this petition. He threw  a two month old infant in a car seat onto a concrete porch that sounded off so loud that I ran to the door from the noise alone. He had refused to allow her out the car or to call her family before releasing her and bringing her home not before first trying to swing on her while driving with the child in the car and swerving on and off the road. I can’t quit and please don’t y’all quit. Their safety is being decided in family court. She has to prove her and her son are worthy to be safe and protected!
