When priests were exposed in the state of Pennsylvania, they were sent to northern new Mexico to rehabilitate, instead they continued molesting youth as alter boys and thus here we are present day with much mental illness and a pattern of the same from victims. The adverse effects surly attributed to our pandemic of drug and substance abuse. Yes , I believe Vatican and Pope should contribute to helping our people with mental health and substance abuse treatment.
