The Park Board commissioners want to hear from the public in order to make a decision on whether to ban whale captivity now, or wait until later. Even if you have never spoken in public before, please consider signing up to speak against whale captivity. People will be lined up behind a microphone and when your turn comes up, you just need to say 3 words: BAN CAPTIVITY NOW! Then go back to your seat or just go home feeling good because you just helped save the whales.
