The motion to change Cornwall Avenue, and Henry Hudson Elementary, to 30 km/h did not pass. My understanding is that the mayor and his party amended it to 40 km/h. That means we have to wait until spring 2024 to see if the city will decrease the speed limit at Stratford Hall further down to 30 km/h. That is when the results of the 40 km/h pilot study should be coming out. I think the city wants to wait for these results before deciding if 30 km/h is needed.
