Hello Supporters!
Joseph Schillace from In-Shape Corporate called moments ago to let me know they have seen the petition and to let us know they ‘hear us’.
He said that corporate is currently in discussions as to what the updates are going to look like in the future to this location, specifically. They cannot guarantee that Basketball will be a part of that plan. However he feels the petition helps since it gives them more of an idea of what the wants are at the club. I told him this gym was used OFTEN, and was one of the only indoor courts in town. He was also aware of this. I also let him know many members joined this gym to utilize the court.
My ask: Please clear the court out now so that it could be utilized while the planning is taking place - then to please take into consideration the petition and pleas from the members to keep the court while they plan for the future. Also to keep me looped in while things are being discussed.
His response: he is going to do what he can do and he vowed to keep me informed on all the parts.
I’ve been busy the last several days on a family trip but I assure you I will get back into the swing of promoting this petition by the end of the week. I want to try my hardest at getting this on media platforms, and circulate more on social media. I’ll be updating the NextDoor app next.
