Quiet No Longer, Complete Inaction by DA's Office, Todd Williams Declares for Re-Election

Please share the Petition and the story. Sadly, nothing has changed, as of yet. Gordon still sits in maximum-security prison in Marion with murderers, and the like, while the DA's Office and sitting District Attorney Todd Williams continue to ignore the fact that they have a wrongful conviction on their hands, the result of prosecutorial misconduct. Todd Williams announced this week a re-election bid. Until this egregious miscarriage of justice is corrected, he is not fit to hold office, in my opinion. Please continue to pray and wish for Gordon's safe return. The "trafficking" conviction is based on an expired prescription pill bottle that belonged to his deceased mother, found in the back of a dresser in the closet, upon full warrantless search of his home. There was no "trafficking," none; the charge was lodged solely to force a guilty plea, upon Gordon's request for a pro se jury trial seeking jury nullification on cannabis charges.
