Create a Disabled Students Center at UW Madison

Create a Disabled Students Center at UW Madison

The Issue

The University of Wisconsin-Madison has approximately 7,700 disabled students between its undergraduate and graduate-level programs. Yet, there is no space for community building among disabled students. In order to promote the full inclusion of disabled students on UW-Madison's campus, there must be a space to build community. This space would also allow disabled students to have more input on critical decisions on campus that greatly need the outlook of disabled students.
