Dear Esteemed BTech Graduates,
we trust this message finds you in good health and spirits. As members of the engineering fraternity, we confront a pressing issue concerning the exclusion of degree holders from Junior Engineer (JE) posts in Uttar Pradesh. Diploma holders have orchestrated policies that disadvantage BTech graduates, resulting in job scarcity and profound mental and social strain.
In response to these discriminatory actions, it is imperative that we unite and vehemently oppose such injustice. I implore you to consider the following steps:
Boycott Cooperation: Refuse to collaborate with diploma holders who perpetuate or benefit from discriminatory practices.
Maintain Firmness: Adopt a resolute stance against diploma holder subordinates involved in excluding degree holders from employment opportunities.
Champion Equity: Advocate for equitable recruitment policies based on qualifications and merit, rather than discriminatory criteria. By standing together in solidarity, we can amplify our collective voice and effectuate meaningful change. Let us uphold the values of fairness and inclusivity, safeguarding the rights and dignity of all engineering professionals.
In unity,
Graduate Engineering Students Welfare Association (GESWA)
