A video from "Malaysia Independent Animal Rescue"

The video in the link above clearly shows that a dog in UTP has been maimed. These animals are targets of abuse from some psychos here, but how long before they decide to change their targets to students, staffs, lecturers here? These animals are under the protection of the law, the "Animal Welfare Act 2015". and no one is above the law.  

Justice must be mete out, an investigation must be started! We all deserve safety!
