Treat Sand Hollow Reservoir for Swimmer's Itch Parasite

The Issue

Sand Hollow Reservoir in Southern Utah is overwhelmed with a parasite known as Cercarial Dermatitis aka Swimmer's Itch. This parasite causes terrible infected bumps similar to Chicken Pox. Many families in Southern Utah have been affected by this parasite and local recreation areas have been abandoned in avoidance of this parasite. I petition that the water at Sand Hollow Reservoir is treated for Swimmer's Itch immediately.
