Our neighborhood (Derwood Park in Woodlyn PA) has been having problems with our mail for over 6 months now. Numerous people have filed complaints and we still have the same incompetent mail carrier. Our mail is being delivered to the wrong house, not being delivered, being left on the ground outside, etc.  The picture I posted was from when the mail carrier drove off with the back of her truck open. 

 Some items that have gone missing include mortgage statements,  prescription medications, Christmas gifts and even the cremated remains of a beloved pet. This is unacceptable. The incompetence of this mail carrier has caused numerous problems and a bunch of unnecessary stress for our neighborhood.  We are tired of all of our complaints being ignored. We want a new mail carrier, immediately!
