There are hundreds of thousands of children in the US that are lactose intolerant, yet the USDA has not provided a single non-dairy milk, yogurt, or cheese option for them through the National School Lunch Program. (Not to mention all the other reasons they might abstain from dairy products!) That's what this petition aims to change.
