Hello everyone,

We just passed 750 signatures on our petition!! We’re so thankful for all the support we’ve gotten but we’re not done yet!

Our goal is to rename Seaman Schools. Fred Seaman, our school’s founder and namesake, was the leader of the Topeka KKK in the 1920’s. He led marches through our streets, disrupted elections, and tried to suppress voters. We simply cannot continue to honor his name.

Please share this petition with your friends and family. The best way to do this is to reach out to them directly through text or, better yet, in person. Our movement also has Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I’ll attach a link at the end of this email to our social media.
