We have confirmation from a US Senate office helping with the case that the Humanitarian Affairs Branch at USCIS will receive Mohammed and his family's case this week. We will request expedited processing of the case, so we expect the case to be decided soon. We are trying to get 5,000 signatures by the time USCIS starts evaluating the case, and we are a little over halfway there. More than 65% of the people who read the petition sign it, so please share it with at least three friends or family members to help us get more signatures! Thank you for being part of the effort to save Mohammed and his family's lives. They lost everything except their own lives because of Mohammed's service to the US military. America owes them the chance to come here and rebuild their lives. Leaving them behind is effectively a death sentence for the entire family. I am still proud of my job serving the American people, and I am happy that I did that.
