A Call to Action for CHANGE for present, past, and future members and supporters of the All Star Community demanding Change in the USASF (United States All Star Federation)

What is the USASF without your athlete membership fees and support? What is the USASF without athletes at Worlds? We know the answer....NOTHING. It is your membership fees and support that have funded the infrastructure of the USASF, funded the athlete protection program, athlete age verification, online training, Connections Online Apps, and all the infrastructure of the USASF.

The Current Board of Directors of the USASF is currently in place to protect only one member for the USASF, Varsity. The seats are permanent, and the voting is lopsided and not fair. This allows the USASF to serve as a competitive tool for Varsity. We believe the role of the USASF should be leadership, safety, inclusion, and fair play. We are calling on the USASF to allow their Gym Owner Members to hold a vote that will:

1.    Restructure the Board of Directors to make it more representative of the Industry. Allow the Board of Directors of the USASF, at all times, to have members seats made up of the following

·         12 voting Gym Owners (Six D1 gym owners and Six D2 gym owners)

·         12 voting Event Producer seats (Six Tier 1 event producers, and Six Tier 3                 event producers).

·         At no time may any 1 organization, company, or brand have more than 50% of the Event Producer Seats. 

·        At no time may any 1 organization, company, brand, or gym have more than 50% of the Gym Owner seats on the USASF Board of Directors

2.    Set Term Limits for Board Members

3.    Restructure committees and voting processes so that no one company can control the outcome of votes or procedures and all members in good standing are represented with a vote.

4.    The Vote and the results of the vote shall be certified by an independent accounting firm to ensure the Vote is both accurate, secure, and transparent.

5.    Upon completion of the Referendum if 50.1 % of the votes are in favor of the Referendum the formal adoption of such referendum shall be put before a vote of the Board of Directors of the USASF for formal change and adoption into the Bylaws of the USASF.
