The National Civil Rights Museum was the first organization to support and share the "Hands Up Act" petition. 

Dr.Martin Luther King was murder April 4th 1968 at the Lorraine Motel. The motel was turn into a civil rights museum to display  the Black, Brown,  White, men, and women who gave their lives in pursuit of a better country.
